Have Your Pancake and Eat It Too

These delicious, simple protein pancakes are a low calorie and nutritious twist to the original pancake recipe. Packed with protein, they are a perfect guilt-free, post-workout breakfast. Not lacking in flavour, these pancakes are quick and easy to prepare.

Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 scoops pea / vegetable protein powder

2 large eggs

1 tsp of Macca powder

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

In the original recipe we used Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein – ‘Chocolate’ or ‘Skated Caramel’ is best.

Method:

Blend up the ingredients until smooth then cook on a non-stick pan. Cook on medium heat with a splash of coconut oil. Cook on one side until you see bubbles forming and then flip. Serve hot with raspberries, strawberries or blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Eat until your heart’s content!
