Sweet Tooth Mixed Berry Smoothie

This thick and creamy smoothie recipe is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Unlike the empty calories found in confectionery, all of these ingredients genuinely nourish your body – and taste great! Makes 2-3 large servings and keeps well in the fridge for later.


  • 2 cups of mixed raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and goji berries
  • 1 cup of greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of raw, organic honey
  • juice from 1/3 lemon
  • 1 cup of water

Blend all ingredients together for one minute on high. Sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon on top to serve.
