This thick and creamy smoothie recipe is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Unlike the empty calories found in confectionery, all of these ingredients genuinely nourish your body – and taste great! Makes 2-3 large servings and keeps well in the fridge for later.
- 2 cups of mixed raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and goji berries
- 1 cup of greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of raw, organic honey
- juice from 1/3 lemon
- 1 cup of water
Blend all ingredients together for one minute on high. Sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon on top to serve.
